Cut weight down with the cookie
‘Cookie diet – no kidding’ and ‘Yeah, crunch diet cookies and cut the fat. It’s silly!’ That was me 3 months and 44 pounds ago. It was hard to believe for such diet veteran like me in a weight loss plan that is cheap, fast, easy, safe and doesn’t require any exercise. And still it guarantees rapid weight cut down. Where was it when I was trying to lose weight for all my adult life. How is it possible that I didn’t know anything about it while it was there working miracles for hundreds of thousand dieters and superstars like Madonna’s ex-husband – Guy Ritchie. It was really difficult for me to lose weight because I had no time to prepare healthy low calorie meals. I work until late hours every day, I need time for my family, and at the end of the day I am too exhausted to spend long hours in the kitchen. I have no head for calorie count and diet menu. Of course, I tried to do it anyway to slim down but always lost my patience and motivation first than weight. My family eats out regularly and I must admit it is quite often fast food that we buy. I know fast food is not good for weight and health but it’s cheap, quickly available, tasty and fills you up. But cookie diet which is designed by doctors simply made me change my foods habits. My weight loss progress was supervised by physicians as was my health. Now I know that healthy eating for weigh maintenance is not so hard as we tend to think. It doesn’t mean that you’re grounded in the kitchen either. Their organic and nutritious diet cookies helped me to get rid of excess pounds. Cookie diet taught me how to handle eating for overall health. I got wiser and smarter with what I eat and I learned how to enjoy eating without gaining weight.

Congrats on the weightloss. A cookie diet sounds like my kind of diet -lol. I know what you mean about not having time to prepare healthy meals. We end up eating out a lot and even used a meal service, however we are canceling it at the end of the year. mom is going to try cooking again.
