It’s all too often the case that we live to eat instead of eating to live a good quality life. It’s time we were more attentive to what we eat every day. Food should serve our organism, health and well-being. And our diet must be composed having that in mind. It’s so simple to say that, but, you may be surprised that it’s not that hard to maintain healthy diet. People think that <strong>well-balanced diet</strong> is time-consuming, and fast foods manufacturers fervently promote this myth. For those who are not sure what a healthy diet means, here are simple tips from nutrition experts of what it consist:</p>
<p>o   five portions of fruits and vegetables (e.g. apples, oranges, celery, broccoli, carrots, beans, peas) to supply the vitamins<br />
our organisms require<br />
o   fish rich in fish oil to supply protein, vitamins, and minerals not available in other food groups<br />
o   very little saturated fats and excess sugars such as meat pies, sausages, hard cheese, butter and lard, pastry, cake,<br />
biscuits, cream which are high in complex calories<br />
o   less salt which increases blood pressure leading to serious diseases<br />
o   a lot of water to keep our bodies well-hydrated for optimum health and fitness.</p>
<p>If you stick to those major nutrition rules, your health will improve and excess pounds will come off step by step.
