Two good ways to fat loss
Technically speaking you need a calorie deficit to start losing weight. What it means for you is that you have to eat fewer calories than you burn during the day. One pound amounts to 3500 calories, so if you have a 500 calorie deficiency every day you will shed off 1 pound of fat per week. How to develop a weight-consuming caloric deficit? There are a few ways to create it. One of the alternatives is to eat less. The less we consume the bigger caloric deficit we bring about. But if your calorie intake is too low it can not only end in just the opposite results but also be harmful to your health. The second way to burn more calories is to use up more energy for the day. It is simply to say that you have to exercise more to boost your energy expenditure. Both ways to lose weight are good and both require you to be smart and careful. It can be also a balanced combination of those two options. You must watch out what you eat, how much you eat so as not to deprive yourself of necessary nutrients and energy, and what kind of exercise to do for best results and motivation. As for lower calorie intake you can try cookie diet which is based on scientifically formulated foods that are filling, nutrition-friendly, hunger-controlling and yet low in calories. By saying physical exercise I don’t mean a super intensive workout. It all depends on your fitness level. You can take your dog for a walk, go jogging with a friend or partner, go on foot to the shops instead of driving. That’s not so hard, is it?
